Delicious Chicken Cutlet Recipe
Chicken Cutlet is a delicious and crispy cutlet recipe. These make a great snack or for parties or weekend meals. This goes perfectly well even with a cup of tea as an evening snack.
- 250 grams minced chicken
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 green chilies, finely chopped
- 5 tablespoon coriander leaves, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil for shallow frying
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
1.In a bowl add minced chicken, onion, green chili, coriander leaves, ginger- garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, pepper powder, garam masala, and salt and mix it nicely.
2.Divide the chicken mixture into equal sized portions.
3.Heat a pan/skillet and add 1 teaspoon oil and roll the chicken mix into a patty shape.
4.In a bowl whisk egg nicely and in palate spread bread crumbs and keep it aside.
5.Dip the patty in egg first and then roll it in panko bread crumbs.
6.Place it on hot pan and cook on medium flame on the both sides and edges until cooked.
7.Serve Chicken Cutlet with any chutney of your choice for a delicious snack.
