  • 1 small potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Sliced cheese (your choice and cut into small squares)
  • Light sour cream
  • Cooked and chopped bacon
  • Sliced green onions

Directions to cook:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Layer a baking sheet with aluminum foil and keep it aside.
  • Make several cuts through the small potatoes such that they do not cut the way down and separate the piece, rather only enough to spread it in slices as shown in the picture.
  • Place these partially slice potatoes on the baking sheet and rub with olive oil. Sprinkle some salt over it.
  • Bake the potatoes for 30 minutes until they turn tender. Place the small square cut cheese into each of the slit in the potato and bake it again for 5-10 minutes until the cheese melts.
  • Let it cool for 10 minutes before you can top it up with sour cream and bacon for topping along with some green onions and herbs of your choice.

2. Mini Ranch Bacon Cheese Balls:


These make amazing and simple Super Bowl side dishes for the party.


  • 10 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 10 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • Ranch seasoning
  • Finely chopped 1 pound bacon
  • Parsley
  • Pretzel sticks

Directions to cook:

  • Mix the softened cream cheese and cheddar cheese in a bowl and whip it with a spatula or hand mixer until they mix and combine well.
  • Take a small bowl and add bacon and parsley.
  • Scoop out a ball of the cheese mixture using a melon baller or spoon. You can make a ball of it with your hands and roll it in the bacon mixture. Keep it aside.
  • Repeat it until all the cheese balls are done and rolled in the bacon mixture.
  • Place the pretzel sticks right in the middle of these balls prepared and serve!

3. Taco Ring:

  • Ground beef
  • 1 chopped bell pepper
  • Lettuce
  • Half onion chopped
  • 1 Tomato
  • 2 packages of Crescent dinner rolls
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Sour cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • Black olives
  • Seasonings


Directions to cook:

  • Cook the ground beef in a medium flame for 9-10 minutes until the beef turns into darker color and no more looks pink.
  • Remove the pan from heat and drain the cooked beef.
  • Now, add the taco seasonings. Mix with cheese and add some water to thicken it like a gravy.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
  • Take the Crescent dinner rolls and separate into triangles.
  • Arrange the triangles into a circle on a pizza stone with wide ends overlapping the center and facing outwards to result as shown in the picture.
  • Scoop the meat mixture and evenly spread onto the wide side of the triangles. And tuck the triangles over the filling such that the wide ends of the dough are at the center of the ring.
  • Bake this for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Add some salad on the top of it (lettuce mixed with chopped tomato and olives with bell peppers)
  • Add some cheddar cheese to the top, sour cream and sever is with salad.

4. Blended Shrimp Cheese Nachos:

  • 1 pack of peeled shrimp
  • Olive oil
  • Seasonings
  • 1 bag of tortilla chips
  • fresh salsa (Mixture of tomato, onion, cilantro, fresh jalapenos)
  • Shredded Mexican cheese
  • Cilantro for garnishing

Directions to cook:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • For making your shrimp topping, add 2 tbs of olive oil on a skillet and heat over medium heat. Season it with the required herbs and stir the shrimp until the seasonings stick evenly to the shrimps and is tender and well cooked (for 2-3 minutes)
  • Open up tortilla chips but for now only put half of it in a bowl. And then add the salsa to it and then repeat with adding the next half of the tortilla chips.
  • Add some shredded cheese to it.
  • Add shrimp as the topping to the tortilla and bake it for 10 minutes until everything has melted well.
  • Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Add some Cilantro for topping if needed.

5. Jalapeno Olive Salami Pizza topped with Honey and Herbs:

  • Pizza dough
  • A jar of pizza sauce
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Slices of good quality salami
  • Sliced red onion (very thin)
  • Small-seeded jalapeño sliced
  • Olives
  • Olive oil
  • Seasoning
  • Honey
  • Red pepper and chilly flakes

Directions to cook:

  • Preheat the oven to 500 degrees F.
  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and keep it aside.
  • Let the pizza dough for 30 minutes to come to room temperature. Roll it out onto the lightly floured surface with a rolling pin to flatten and spread it.
  • Keeping a diameter of roughly 10 inches and 1/2 inch thick, place it on a baking sheet.
  • Add the pizza sauce to the dough as a layer and leaving the 1-inch crust towards the edges.
  • Cover the sauce with Mozzarella cheese and salami, jalapenos and onions with olives.
  • Sprinkle with remaining cheese and brush the edges of pizza with some olive oil. Sprinkle the seasoning onto it.
  • Bake the pizza for 10-15 minutes until the edges look to be golden brown in color and the inner bit of the pizza base is crispy.
  • Remove from oven and drizzle the pizza with some honey and sprinkle the red pepper and chilly flakes.

Serve hot with extra honey for dipping if need be! Your guests will be a fan of this pizza and be ready with extra baked pizzas too to fulfill their hunger.
