    - 2 cups cooked quinoa

    - Shredded cheddar cheese   

     - 2 eggs beaten

    - Vegetables (boiled or diced) include broccoli, spinach, mushroom, onion, tomato, bell pepper, carrots and more

    - Salt and pepper to taste

1- Procedure in oven:

- Mix together quinoa and all vegetables

- Add salt and pepper

- Now add eggs and form a dough

- Add cheddar cheese shredded

- Mix them all well

- Make small balls -

Now put them in baking tray or mini muffin tin

- Preheat the over to 350 degrees

- Now put this muffin tin in the over

- Add more shredded cheese on top

- Bake well for 20 minutes and check if cooked

2- Procedure in microwave:

- Keep frying until golden brown

- Take out and put on paper napkin to remove excess oil

- Make small balls

- Add these balls on the griddle

- Let them cook from both sides until golden brown

- Then take out and ready to serve

6- Procedure for making cheesy quinoa bite momos:

- Mix together quinoa and all vegetables

- Add salt and pepper

- Now add eggs and form a dough

- Add cheddar cheese shredded

- Mix them all well

- Make small balls

- Now take a pan and put water in it

- Keep it to boil

- Put a steaming tray in it

- Add these balls in the steaming tray

- Steam for 15 minutes

- Now take them out and taste

- You may also add butter or cheese to it
