In the state of Alabama, there are some awesome theme and amusement parks. Families get to spend some good time with one another. Not just kids, even the adults love these parks as they take us back to the time when we were kids and everything seemed better. Everyone remembers their summer vacations. We all have those vivid memories of our grandparents, coconut trees providing cool shade and some lemonade in our hands. Now, it’s time we take our kids out for some fun\adventurous time that they’ll remember in the future. So, without any further ado, let’s check out some awesome theme parks in Alabama. It goes something like this.
1. Alabama Splash Adventure:
An aqua themed park, where friends and family can go to have some downtime and chill. This amusement park provides various comforts and attractions for visitors to enjoy. Everyone can participate in water sports and lose themselves in the blue. The poolside scene is the center of attention. The “Water Bumper”, “Mist-ical Maze”, “Little Bumpers”, are some of the many fun water spots in the park. No amusement is ever complete without a roller coaster ride and they brought back the wooden roller coaster called “Rampage”. Other amusement attractions include “Tea Cups”, “Drop Zone” and more are here to entertain you. 2. Point Mallard:
Theme parks are a great place to have fun. This amusement park in Alabama is one of them. For recreation purposes, the premises within the park provides resorts, fitness centers, tennis courts, badminton courts, basketball courts, golf course and more. The park is a perfect spot for spending some time with your family recreationally. The tickets are available at affordable prices so that people can enjoy their summer vacations economically.
3. Waterville Alabama:
Amusement parks are a great way to have fun and that’s why everyone loves them. Waterville is such a great fun place to spend your summer. A number of water park attractions include “Crystal Waters River”, “Gold Rush”, “Flowers Water Ride”, “Jet streams”, “Rainbow Falls” and many more. The amusement park includes attractions like “Starcade”, “Cannonball Run”, “Flowrider”, Go Kart Racing and many other interesting ones to bring about the adrenaline in you.
4. Adventureland Theme Park:
This theme park is one of the best ones out there. The arcade-wildlife theme park spreads across acres of land, providing various amenities, attractions, restaurants, and resorts for the visitors. The main attractions include “Go Kart Racing”, various water slides, fresh gardens surrounded by peaceful greenery. The place is definitely affordable and kids would love to go to such a colorful yet fun place. Just like the name suggests, it is, in fact, an adventure land. Tickets being economical is a cherry on top of the cake.
5. Desoto Caverns:
The park is a great spot for vacationing and camping as well. People can buy tickets in advance to book spots. The theme park provides various attractions including “Rock N Roll”, “Wacky Water Golf”, “Desoto’s Lost Trail Maze”, “Bow and Arrow Shoot”, “Beach Ball Blast”, “Foam falls”, “Happy’s Pedal Go-Karts”, and this is my personal favorite “Squirt Gun Lost Trail Maze”. There are many more attractions in this beautiful yet wacky theme park. A perfect place to click a number of pictures with your loved ones and treasure the memories in a photo frame.
6. Water World:
This Aqua theme park is famous internationally. The water sports and other attractions in the water park are refreshing to visit. The water slides, rain-rooms and more are always enticing new crowds every week. A place worth visiting in the hot summer where the glue cools you down. Blue above with the bright summer sky and below with the glistening blue water bodies.
